We've lined up a variety of special events running thoroughout the Expo so you can kick off 2010 with a 'competitive edge' or just have a bit of fun! Join us for some great and challenging extracurricular activities...
There's
lots to do all weekend long: team time trials, individual time trials, mini bike fits, and loads of other activities. You can also...
- Participate in the Salus Corporate Challenge Run/Walk Around Wisconsin, a fund-raising treadmill event in which anyone can help fund research in the fight against Childhood Cancer
- Join any of the 24 hour-long Tech Sessions on a variety of topics
- Attend service at the Runner/Multisport Chapel, led by Mark Newman, at 7:30am on Sunday prior to the Winter Series 5K Championships at the Expo
- Compete in the RACC Expo Trialthlon by doing the VASA Swim Time trial, the Individual Bike Time Trial, and the Winter Series 5K Championship run
- Test and analyze your VO2 Max with WOODWAY Treadmills, to help you establish heart rate zones and training progressions — invaluable in training for any sport!

Kids' Marathon Dreams Event, Sponsored by AISCS
ASICS has partnered with
RACC to sponsor the
Kids' Marathon Dreams event running throughout the
Great Lakes MultiSport, Cycling & Running Expo.
Children ages 10 and under will get a chance to run from the start line through the Finishing Arch to get the feel of completing a marathon.
Each child's full-marathon finishing time is computed, and each participating child receives a
Marathon Dreams certificate.
This event is open throughout the entire run of the Expo, and no advance sign-up is required to participate — bring the kids over at any time during the Expo to line up for the starting-gun!
